Hi, I’m Tiffin!

I am so happy you’re here. As you explore my site, you’ll probably notice that I have experience in leadership, CRM administration, customer service and experience, data analytics, and sales monitoring. You may also notice that I am a classically-trained musician, which has helped me develop attention to detail, strategy, teamwork, and of course, the ability to fail forward.

While I love working in CRMs and processes, I tend to look at everything through the lens of the customer. I believe a great customer experience cannot be divorced from great data, and thoughtful design. I use that understanding to inform every decision I make.

I am interested in working with diverse teams toward the common goal of excellence, while continuing to grow as a leader and person.

What drives me?

I am passionate about creating and improving processes, and using technology to solve problems.

Here are some ways I have innovated at work:

  • created and implemented a learning hub for CRM users at an organization with 100+ users, allowing me to post training videos, discipline-specific learning opportunities, quizzes, documentation, and host live online training in one central location.

  • led multiple organizations to better data practices by customizing CRMs to meet the needs of the organization, capturing key data points, and offering more intuitive user experiences.

  • used available web technology to create a seamless customer experience for a regional orchestra, allowing guests to service their account, request an exchange, refund, or re-print, and see the view from their seats all on the website.
